Jacob Tobias & Thel Furniture Co.

As a passionate hobbyist for many years, I received formal training through dozens of workshops and classes all across the Philadelphia region and a 12-week intensive furniture making course at the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship in Rockport, Maine.

Thel Furniture is named after my grandma, Thelma. In the spirit of honoring our grandparents, I want my clients to be able to pass this furniture down to their grandchildren. Thus, my guarantee is heirloom quality furniture.

I do this because I love woodworking and meeting people.

Thel Furniture Co. is strictly a passionate side-business. In order to give each piece the attention and care it deserves, I can only work with a handful of clients per year.
